RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

As a German Lecturer, you’ll inspire language learners on a journey through the intricacies of the German language and culture. Your role involves developing and delivering engaging curriculum content, fostering a dynamic and immersive learning environment. Guiding students of various levels of proficiency, you’ll share your expertise in grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances. Your passion for the German language will not only empower students to communicate effectively but also instill a deep appreciation for the richness of the German-speaking world. Join our team and contribute to shaping the next generation of German language enthusiasts!

• Teach German as a foreign language at various proficiency levels (A1 to B2).
• Prepare, monitor lessons and correct homework, providing ongoing evaluation and feedback to students throughout the course.
• Create an immersive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
• Develop and deliver engaging German language curriculum content.
• Guide students towards effective communication in German.
• Inspire and encourage students to achieve their learning goals.
• Participate in internal training and meetings for continuous professional development and team collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or certifications in German as a Foreign Language (DaF) or a related discipline.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written (at least C1 level).

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in DaF or language instruction, preferably with adults and learners of various levels.
• Experience in developing curricula, teaching materials, and assessment tasks.
• Ideally, experience working with learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Skills

• Strong pedagogical and methodological skills in language instruction.
• Enthusiasm for conveying cultural values through language.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational talent and the ability to plan and implement lessons effectively.
• Team-oriented and flexible in an international environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common digital learning platforms.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Salary

• Up to 50 million VND per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Additional performance-based bonuses.
